"Called two weeks prior to schedule an inspection for maintenance. They were upfront that they were short staffed to illness which I understood and that it would be the next week before they could get out. They called me the following Wed and said a tech would be out on Thurs. The following Monday I called saying I never heard back and to see if they had been out. They never did due to "weather." At least they were honest that they never came out but unfortunately I wasnt a priority and neither was my business. They should at the very least called instead of me having to call the next week."

"New liner lost color and owner blamed liner co. Would not warranty liner. Problem caused by pool doctor employee treating pool wrong way with shock and wouldn’t own up to problem. Owner kept putting me off for two years and then said it was to old to warranty. Very unscrupulous. I don’t use them any more. Ownership is a joke!!!"

"A clip on my pool pump lid broke so the pump wasn't creating a good seal, pool doctors came out and replaced the lid, put some glue on a slow drip, then charged $360 for that quarter of a turn and 6 minutes spent at my house. I had also asked for the cost up front but was told "we'll send you the bill". Ensure you are receiving a full quote before allowing any work to be done, otherwise your mystery bill may cause seizures. It's really unfortunate too because had I been charged a reasonable amount it would have been a decent experience."
