"I ordered parts that I desperately needed to get a pump back in service. Parts never shipped until I called to cancel the order... THEN I was told they had shipped that day. I refused the shipment and the parts were returned to sender. I've been promised a refund credit back to my credit card, but still haven't seen it. It's been OVER A MONTH. Sadly, had to do a chargeback to redeem my loss. Take your business elsewhere."
