"We needed to upgrade our old wooden deck and we had a lot of companies come out and give us quotes. Rob at Backyard Fences and Deck gave us a unique plan different then all the others and we removed the stairs in the middle of the house and had them on the side so we can access the deck or the downstairs from the driveway. They also didn't think we were crazy when we said we wanted it wide open. They got the steel beam and installed everything. They put us on the schedule and they were ready to go right on time. Took about 2 weeks to complete. We even added lights to the deck that work with our google smart home and they figured that out as well. The upper deck and the pool deck are so awesome and we are very thankful for their hard work. The guys cleaned up everything so nicely with the tearing and removing of our old dock to the project with the new dock. Never had to worry about nails or anything. If I could change one thing we should have added pillar covers to the wooden posts! Thank you for your great service!"

"We are so pleased with the service we received, the cost of our vinyl fence, the timeline and cleanliness of install, and the crew. The thing that got us was our initial visit an estimate which was provided by the owner. He answered questions and gave us insights. We had no idea about before, and were never told by the other contractors that came to quote. he also did not try to cross sell us on a deck project that we very briefly spoke about, and for that he will likely get that job as well. Only two days after closing, Nathan and Will were out installing our posts and we had the full fence less than a week after moving in. The team was quick to come out and fix any settling issues and even helped remove then replace a panel for the sod to be laid. It has been a great experience overall.
