"I have never been to a nursery that agave plants away for free & Family Roots did exactly that this morning! I patronize this nursery a lot because they are so helpful & knowledge as wel as selling healthy plants @ a very reasonable price! THANK YOU FAMILY ROOTS, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!"
"At the passing of my wife over three years ago, a tree was purchased from Family Roots that was to be planted in her memory, we are still waiting on it. Despite numerous calls and visits on our part and promises by them, the only attempt to deliver a live tree was that of a more common (i.e. less expensive) variety which was loaded “by accident”. I made one last visit to them in mid-February and was promised a 'phone call the following Monday to inform me as to when the tree would be planted. At that time I told Aaron that I'd give them until mid-March to deliver the tree – neither the call nor the tree have been forthcoming. A week or so after my initial rating and after other trees in my yard had started to bud out, two (2) “trees” were delivered and planted in the yard. While their initial appearance was that they were dead – no buds, small limbs broken, cracked bark – I had faint hope that they would yet flourish. Now, nine weeks later, no buds have appeared and the bark is falling off, so I could be wrong but I'd say that they're dead."
