"We walked in and it smelled lovely. That's always a good sign! The lobby is clean and spacious. The room was nice and tidy and also smelled good. The bathroom was in good condition. No significant complaints. I took off a star just because the Toilet flushed a little slow. I was worried about having an issue but we avoided crisis. The other reason was because my daughter woke up with bug bites. I looked at the mattress and didn't see any evidence of bed bugs so I'm hoping maybe just fleas? I'll update the review if it turns out to be anything crazy. Over all a good stay."

"Front desk Guy was polite and friendly got me into a room fast. The building was nice and the common areas and pool looked clean . My room smelled of mens Cologne . Which may or may not have triggered a bad review. Stains on the linens and cushions near the window. Outdated and cold the heat barley worked and the WiFi cut out never got turned back on. Also the breakfast was only cereal and juice with choice of mini muffin or white bread . The coffee was pretty good."

"BED BUGS ! Do not stay here, wish we would've seen the reviews first, giant bugs. Had to leave at 3 am to find a new hotel. The whole hotel is outdated, and judging from reviews of people commenting on the same things, i'm assuming no actions have been or will be taken."

"Ordered a king size on hopper, and this hotel does NOT have king. They said it was all queens, but they were all doubles. They did NOT help us at all. The manager charged us full price for upgrade to 2 doubles. Dirty hotel."

"We checked in and went to the room. As soon as we opened the door, I was regretting our decision to stay there. The carpet had a worn, dirty path across the room. It was visibly dirty in other areas, too. I checked the beds for bedbugs, removing the top corners of the sheets and mattress pads. One bed was okay. The other bed had some questionable specks on the beds. This same bed had the mattress on the bed upside down, so the pillowtop was next to the box spring. Who would have people sleep on a pillowtop mattress that was upside down? I told my husband we weren't staying. As I was putting the mattress pad back on the upside down mattress, I noticed a dried, brown spot. Upon closer inspection, it looked to be feces. I had my husband look at it. He thought the same. GROSS! The cover for the air conditioner fell off when I went to turn it on. When we got to the front desk, the staff person was apologetic. She was helpful. The manager, who was on the phone, was not helpful. He was irritated that I wanted a refund and expected to have it done that night. He said he was not near a computer and would have it done yet that night. I told him I was going to be posting a review. I'm not exactly sure what I heard him say because he said it fast, but I think I heard him say something about not giving me a refund and then hung up on me. The refund did come through. I double checked with my credit card company. In the lobby, my husband used the restroom. Afterward, he told me the lock didn't work on the door and the soap dispenser didn't have soap. I could not wait to leave this property and will not be back."
