"I grew up near Ensley. I arrived fifteen minutes early because I had no idea where this place was located. I rated this location an F on the company’s I haul for questionnaire. In the fourteen years of my driving experiences, this has to be the worst place ever. I have a brand new 22 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution semi-tractor truck with the low profile bumper, and it is never my goal to go to a place where the parking lot to the docks are F up with broken pavement and huge, huge pot holes, craters like rocks and insufficient space for backing. Even though I am local, I will leave this one on the board for someone else. LOL"

"My overall experience here was great. I had to drop off some freight on a Thursday morning and have it picked up the next morning for delivery. I worked with a gentleman named Randy, and he helped me throughout the entire process. He kept all copies of receipts and BOLs and provided everything in a timely manner. He even helped provide some suggestions for an outside carrier that I needed to hire. I had no issues with dropping off the freight or picking the freight the following morning. Smooth and painless."
