"While in Ace Hardware in Pell City an Averitt Express driver blocked me in the parking space I told him that I had to go because I was just coming back from the dr with my sick, 77 year old Mother with Dementia needed to get home in the bed, he told me I had to wait. So, obviously he thinks his delivery was more important than my Mom's health. Called the Home office in Birmingham. A big waste of time. They care just as much as their drivers."
