"While in Ace Hardware in Pell City an Averitt Express driver blocked me in the parking space I told him that I had to go because I was just coming back from the dr with my sick, 77 year old Mother with Dementia needed to get home in the bed, he told me I had to wait. So, obviously he thinks his delivery was more important than my Mom's health. Called the Home office in Birmingham. A big waste of time. They care just as much as their drivers."
"They have trucks for strange people with a CDL to drive, like me!!! You go places, then they send you back home for the weekend...."
"They have a decent crew of mechanics, some of the staff aren't friendly... and you have to be careful coming here because they built it around residential area. Drivers the main exit to use is AL 79 Tallapoosa st. Turn on East lake blvd DO NOT MAKE A TURN UNTIL BIRMINGHAM ST!!!!!!!!"
