"I didn't have to go there, I was receiving a pallet of freight, which was scheduled for a Tuesday, and It was supposed to be delivered to my house on a straight truck, after several calls to locate my pallet, many excuses as to why it wasn't delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, but on Friday morning I received a call from the driver to let me know he was on his way and wanted to make sure he had a place to turn around in his 53 ft trailer, I do, but was told he couldn't back on my property, Needless to say. I HAD TO DRIVE 7 MILES TO MEET HIM..I HOPE THE COMPANY NEVER USES THE FREIGHT COMPANY AGAIN"

"This billing team is incompetent. Several of our customers have shipped with Saia, clearly stating it was freight collect and to bill it to them, and yet the billing department doesn't seem to know what that means. They continually bill us for loads that are not our responsibility to pay. They will harass you for payments that you do not owe. Do not use any of their services."

"Said called me yesterday to schedule delivery of my equipment for today. I was to have equipment here to unload the truck myself. No problem, took off work (shut down a 3 person crew) and hire a skid steer operator with machine for the day to be here ($450, plus down time=$1350). They've waited until 12:00pm/day of delivery, to tell me they couldn't deliver my product. Not to mention, the machine isn't where I was told it was yesterday. Never again.."

"Jenny was great in contacting driver for me to make sure item would still be delivered as scheduled. Driver( i wish I could remember his name) called me not long after I spoke with Jenny to confirm he would be by in an hour. Sure enough the driver arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional, handled my delivery with care. I must say I am satisfied and I would recommend."
