"UPDATE: 12/12/23 I stopped to ship out a package this morning and there was only one associate working. This time of year that is not good business. The girl was wonderful and did the best she could, but the franchise owner should be working if they are short employees. have used this location to ship, notarize, copy and purchase since 2016. I have always found them professional and kind…..until the last couple of months. They have hired in the most obnoxious, rude and unprofessional people I have ever delt with. No more walking in the door and being greeted like a friend. There are other UPS locations near by that I found today, and I will never ever frequent this business again. They have lost a good customer due to bad hiring."

"I went Tuesday night to pick up a package I had delivered there since UPS keeps losing or deli9my package to the wrong address. The person found my package and said there is a hold on it. She called the manager over and asked why. The mger said I had to pay $5 for my package that the shipper had already paid for. I asked why since the last 2 months I didn't have to pay anything. The mger said pay $5 or we will send it back to the shipper. It was my prescription. I paid the $5. The mger is the rudest person i have have ever met. She sucks at customer service. i.will contact the pharmacy next month and have them ship it FedEx. So I dont have to deal with that level of incompetence of a manager again."

"They refused to ship a plastic part because they said it was a gun part. You can order this stuff from Amazon all day no problem. Just dont bring anything remotely related to this place."

"Nice people who are helpful every time. They accept most amazon returns onless other wise listed, make sure 1st. The only reason for a 4 is having to buy extra packing materials like tape when you didn't know you'd need it, but they need to make $ too so. They also have PO Boxes and business promotion products at a pretty good price!"
