"On Fridays donut Friday but they never have Donuts on Friday ridiculous"
"Spend your money at a big company and then you got to work and check and bag everything yourself so give them your money and work for free!"
"Not the nicest Kroger for sure but as far as the employees and store, everything was great. The young man that helped me with my waters at self checkout was amazing. He made my night with his kindness and positive attitude, pleasant to talk to. Better for me to visit during the day."
"Ok there are two locations in Indy that I have been to many many times and my experiences with each one has not been very good for various reasons but one is Twin Aire and the other is Haughville..... Twin Aire needs repairs to the parking lot because the cars are way to close and the arrows pointing up and down the lanes are faded and worn, everybody just parks wherever they want and uses whatever lane they choose, they are always out of something, the employees are rude and very unhelpful and some have attitudes, as big as the parking lot is there why don't they have a fuel center? or the Kroger name on the front of the building ? And why does the back look like war torn Iraq with trash everywhere? It needs major upgrades, and I wasn't aware that employees were allowed to date or have adult relations with each other!! And now Haughville, I have a more intimate knowledge of this location, it's old and ran down and as much as y'all want to look at it as a small neighborhood market it's still KROGER and they should care about what the citizens think about it, well it needs repairs on the inside as well as the outside, new flooring, new paint, upgraded registers and other equipment that is outdated, expand it making it big enough to have quality food not a whole store full of junk foods, the outside loitering and soliciting should not happen especially with a police station right next door, it also could use a fuel center and the parking lot could use some tlc but the biggest issues are on the inside, the employees all the way up to the supervisors and managers are load and rude and many get away with things others do not, but what I'm wondering is what the Kroger policy is for employees dating or etc after they leave work? But I'd also like to know about supervisors, managers, and other higher ranking employees using their positions to date or have relations with lower level employees? I really wonder what the consequences would be of that kind of thing taking place?"
"I have been a loyal customer at this Kroger location for the last 20 years. However, recently I feel that the store has gone down hill quickly. The aisle ways constantly smell like very potent weed. There is always long lines at the checkout because there's only one or maybe two cashiers max in the evenings. And there is a huge safety concern at this location in regards to the parking lot! Every time me and my children come to the grocery store people will walk up and knock on the car window begging for money, alcohol, rides or cigarettes. Sometimes they are very persistent and will not talk away until you tell them no several times. This has caused my family to feel very uncomfortable and unsafe to get out of the car at times. However, the deli ladies who work the counter are always so sweet and have great customer service skills. And the pharmacy is usually very quick at getting our prescriptions filled. So I am torn on what to do. But for now until they get the pan handling and begging under control I am going to take my family to the Ross Park Krogers in Beechgrove where its safer to shop."
