"Having a mental health crisis and called to get in and got the run around. Still haven't called back. Going to the ER instead. This is a joke. Same thing happened two weeks ago"

"My daughter has been 4 times with no help... the doctor told my 19 years old daughter with both mental issues and learning disabilities to let them send her to the crisis center to get her help and like always they kicked her out in the morning. They told her that she didn't need to tell me she was being moved from hospital and she insisted that they call me to tell me she was moved. They DEFINITELY need to loose their government funding because they don't help the people who need help and ask for help.."

"Just wanting to share as it can be sometimes hard to find information - this place is for someone who is having a mental health crisis and it also has a detox center. If you need somewhere to detox, this is a great starting point. They have great resources for when you get out to help you stay clean. I am very thankful to have this center in Mobile."

"If you're going through a crisis this definitely not the place to go but unfortunately the only place they have. The staff are only there for a paycheck and lunch. They program is only for seven days maximum. The building itself reminds you of a prison not a place of healing. They only provide medicine to put a bandaid over the problem. They pretend they care about patient care but so far from it. They search you like a criminal. Be careful when they lost your property and make sure they notate everything. They will release you before time acting as if you're cured or better only for you to turn around back. Some staff are nice others are messy and unprofessional . Think again before bringing a love one."

"My son had to come here because he was having a crisis. The first time they helped the second time . We're standing at the door trying to get him help and 2 employees laughing at my son through the glass which was so unprofessional on 5/27/2023. I told the nurse they were laughing and the male employee was defensive and said how do you know we are laughing at him. FIrst off I shouldn't have been questioned.Instead why not say that yall were not laughing and be done. If you see I'm there helping someone who was suicidal at the moment whether you were laughing at him or not you should have stopped. While i was talking to the nurse the female employee was looking at me in a disrespectful manner. So sad. I wish it was better help for people with mental illness"
