"I love this store and have purchased large items such as a sofa. However, I went in today and the two employees working the front counter just looked at me and did not greet me. Additionally, my son and I were excited to see the Easter decoration they had in the store. Unfortunately, as we looked around we were followed as if we were going to take items from the store. Moreover, I opened a couple of candles to smell and picked up a wreath to purchase. With that said , the employees just followed me and I stood there looking at her . At this point I just really got frustrated and told the employee following me I was ready to check out. Also,I hate to assume anything but it seemed it was because I was brown. Lastly, I will not purchase from this particular store in the future. I will go out to Plainfield to shop."

"The inventory here is stylish, but seems not to vary much from that modern farmhouse, neutral-toned central theme. The price points aren’t outrageous, but feel a bit inflated."

"Thought the store was beautiful but customer service needs some re adjusting. I was waiting in the front to get checked out come to find out. all of them were in the back talking while we were waiting to get checked out. I don’t know if it’s because we came in looking not the best and judge off looks that we weren’t buying anything. Lady was extremely disrespectful. Nice place just needs new employees."

"Very interesting store. I've never been to a Kirklands before but they certainly have some cool stuff here. Some chairs, lots of cool clocks and decor for your home. It is a bit on the small side but it's worth checking out if you're looking for home decor or some sitting chairs."

"Had a lot of fun in this store today. First time and loved the store. Very clean store. Well organized and easy to find things. A plus at this location, a strip mall so you have several stores to check out. I def will revisit this store in future."
