Then when they finally installed them I had 1/2 inch gaps along the wall.. when they came to make it right all they did was trim them... horrible place to get counter tops from"

"Difficult to get a hold of. Perhaps walking into their office may provide better results but they are pretty non communicative via email or phone. Its been almost two months since I first contacted them for a small residential job. I was able to talk to them once on the phone. They said they would send me an email with some options. I waited several days and called back to remind them. Still nothing several days later. I understand that things get busy so I sent an email and asked for the information. They sent part of what I had requested. I replied with a follow up question on Aug 10th and have not heard back. Rather disappointing. 2 stars because perhaps they are good at what they do? I will likely never know."
