"Spouse of an ex-DT driver here: Just don't do it. He became an O/O... As soon as he did, the truck went completely to garbage. He was $26,000 in the hole when he left and THEN management called and told him they found over $10,000 worth of deductions that "weren't his after all". He tried to tell them! He went WEEKS AND WEEKS without a paycheck from all the things that he had to pay for, in regards to truck repairs. It was absolutely ridiculous. I think they are a shady bunch of folks who just do not care about the employees. We also have 3 children. I don't know how we made it so long with him basically working for free. Glad he got out! I'm telling you..just don't do it!"

"I was told by recruiting that I would get the truck that I wanted when I got out of orientation. After going to the higher-ups, the recruiter can't do what he said! Out right lied about it. The recruiter Chris Guy ton it's all a big lie and smoke screens. Why would you lie about something like that when you don't have the authority to do so to make a promise like that. I have 40 years in the trucking industry with heavy haul experience. I guess he thinks he's gonna get a bonus with me. WRONG! This is one fish you're not gonna collect on! Chri Guyton= LIAR!"

"This company is a joke ! For one they eat they words and go back on it ! I was told if I verified a recent Smith System that I didn’t have to do it again. Well I did had it verified thru the guy who does it and Jeff Miller still wouldn’t acknowledge it and Will Brown said the same thing and when I called them out on what they said they blow up like a volcano on me ! Well this is what they said and I verified it but they went back on they word ! I recommend if you as a driver have other options, take them !"
