"After going to the big box stores and not being impressed with their selection I had a family member recommend Floors to Your Home. I went into the store and was impressed with their large selection of vinyl plank flooring. Adrian was great at helping me get several samples to take home. After selecting my flooring I went back and Sarah let me take a few pieces of it to get a better view of it in my home. I chose the "Fog" Vinyl plank. Adrian came to measure the area. He explained everything in detail and was wonderful to work with. He sent our estimate that same day. I went to the store to place the order an schedule the install. We chose to have the acclimation delivery. Three days before install the contractor delivered the flooring and did a walk through with us to answer questions and explain the process to us. The contractor Ruben was very nice and professional. Install day came. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They did have to come back the next day to finish up one room and to place the quarter round. Overall, we love our new floors! The whole process from start to finish was seamless! Sarah at Floors to Your Home was so helpful. She called through the install to see how things were going. Lowe's would have never done that Lol! The contractor team was fast, efficient and did quality work. I will be going back when it's time to do our upstairs flooring and will definitely recommend them to others.
