"The Al13 railing system I purchased has been easy to install and appears to be even more sturdy than I anticipated. The person that helped me place my order was courteous and very helpful. However, there were some problems when I first tried to get answers about the various products because the person helping did not seem to know the details about the products. Also some of the information on the website was not the same as what I was told by the technical help person. Free shipping is nice, but the company that was responsible for my shipment changed the delivery date three times-twice making me wait until late afternoon to find out that no shipment was coming."

"Fantastic experience, super well run operation. I built an order online, wanted to confirm a few things so spoke to someone on the phone, quickly got my questions answered and completed my order. The turnaround time was amazingly fast as it was picked and shipped same day. My order was comprised of several items including a 10' section of steel railing. It all came packaged and wrapped on a custom 10' x 48" pallet. Had never seen a 10' long wooden pallet but it was masterfully packed and strapped and protected and arrived damage free. Wish I had taken a picture of the pallet before disassembling it!"
