"I had a very minor issue with a trim piece on one of my kitchen cabinets almost 2 years after Kitchens by Gregory installed them. I called and Greg came out on the same day and rectified the issue. Better service than I would expect. That is service I would not have gotten if I had bought cabinets from one of the big box stores. Also, after 2 years, the cabinets still look great. And to add a follow up... Had some routine wear on the lip of my garbage rollout cabinet. I mentioned it to Greg and he offered to install a stainless steel wear guard. It was custom ordered to fit the rollout. It looks great. I can't say how pleased I am with the follow-up service."
