"I totally agree with Jen S.(previous review) I felt at home. Greeted upon entrance and exit everytime. All staff were great especially Eric,Sabrina, Maria and Cruz. Free Laundry. Social night. Hotel was clean and smelled great. Fitness area was great as well. I enjoyed my 2week stay. Highly recommended."
"I travel for work and this is the ONLY hotel I'll stay at when I'm in the area. First, the staff are amazing, not only at what they do, but at treating guess (and each other) with respect. Plus, they always remember me, even if it's been awhile, and call me by name. Even if the hotel was a mess, I'd stay here just to feel like I'm with family while away from home. The hotel, however, is super clean, bright, and comfortable. The rooms are always clean, and ready, and if there are ever any issues, staff are on it ASAP. Bfast bar is well stocked and if it is running low on something, just ask and you shall receive. Their weeknight social hours are a great way to relax, with free snacks and and food, and wine and beer (yep, free!). Overall, you can't go wrong staying at this location, it's top tier."
"My wife and I had a little staycation here yesterday and it was great upon checking in and checking out. I did stay here for the great review, but it did turn sour quickly. We did have a not so great experience in the middle of night at around 12:30am, due to a fire alarm going off as someone was cooking and set it off. Immediately my wife and I sprang up and got out of the building. I was shoeless (due to not being able to find my shoes in the midst of the sirens) and we did forget to grab our room key which made us have to come back to the front of the building. We did see that the front door was locked and the front desk receptionist was seated in the front - which we then knocked. We were met with a disgusting attitude where the receptionist shouted “GO AROUND TO THE SIDE”. That could’ve worked if we had a key, but we were left ignored for few minutes until the patrons inside were asking her if they could open the door for us. She came to us mumbling with an attitude and opened the door, then reiterated and scolded us again that this door is to be locked (like we were children). I was barefoot and we were left embarrassed with the entire experience. I have stayed in many hotels for business and international travel. I have never been met with such a disgusting and dismissive attitude of an employee. I don’t mind that the fire alarm startled us as that was out of everyone’s control but it was the way that I alongside other patrons were being dismissed and treated. There were no extended apologies for the trouble but “nothing is wrong, go back to sleep” in a very dismissive tone with not even looking at everyone in their face. Horrible and embarrassing experience!"
"I loved this place!! Everyone was so nice and attentive. The room was very clean and we had a kitchen which is very helpful for us as we travel a lot. Breakfast was fantastic and the Social hour on Mon, Tues, and Wed was fabulous!! Pet fees were very minimal."
"Do not recommend staying here. We came for kids swim meet and booked here so we would have more space with separate living room and bedroom so kids could get good sleep before an early morning competition. When we got to our room there was a very loud group and we let the front desk know. Nothing was done, we tried to get the kids to sleep with the loud music and many people all yelling in the room below us. Kids woke up many times and it got more and more ridiculous as the evening went on. Called and had the front desk come up and listen to how loud it was in our room, he tried to address with the group. Within 10 minutes it was a raging party again with many people screaming and loud music. Called again as it was now past midnight and was told he tried calling the person that had actually rented the room and they were trying to get people to leave. There were a lot of people in this room. He did eventually get them to quiet down around 1am and we had to be up at 5am so it was a terrible 4 hours of sleep. Discussed with manager next day and was told that group won’t be allowed to rent from them anymore and was charged an extra cleaning fee. None of this helps me at all and it took them 4 hours with me complaining 3 times to even get anything done. No hotel can be responsible for rude guests but I do expect a good hotel would fix the issue in under 4 hours, just unacceptable. Attached is photo of gross ripped couch, rooms are not that clean and they do not clean between days apparently. Staff is very friendly, location is good but if you want to actually sleep I would not recommend this place"
