Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Redstone Square 2286 Zierdt Road, Huntsville, AL 35824

"If I could give ZERO stars I would and I wish I knew how to report these folks at this pharmacy. They are rude, unprofessional, not knowledgeable in any way. They don’t care to understand any issues with Rx cost or interaction. I’ve even got to the point I wouldn’t let them give me any type of shot because of their prior incompetence over refilling prescriptions. I wouldn’t be surprised if this pharmacy harms someone or even worse. Publix definitely needs to clean this location’s pharmacy up!"

"This is the best pharmacy I’ve used in the area. The pharmacist and staff are always very helpful. I’m very appreciative of the few times they’ve been unable to fill a prescription the same day that they’ve always found another pharmacy that could fill it, called me to let me know and taken care of the transfer."

"Tiffany in the pharmacy is absolutely fabulous. I am visiting from NYC and need to pick up a weeks worth of meds. Tiffany was so sweet and helpful. She answered any questions I had and was quick to check me out! Haven’t seen an employee like that in years ! Times have really changed and it was great to see someone who actually wanted to help."

"Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be ready. I regularly come in to pick up my prescriptions that are supposed to be ready and of course they are not. Today I was told (after that had already happened) that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I wait the prescribed time and go back to the pharmacy and there is a computer “glitch” and the lady tells me they will “start working on getting it ready”. Pharmacist is regularly rude and sometimes mean to both Me and my wife. One star. Really disappointing as the rest of the Publix staff is always helpful and friendly. If you are looking to fill a script go elsewhere and save yourself a potential headache."

"Prescription was called in to this Pharmacy by error. When I called to try to transfer it to the other Publix Pharmacy the girl on the phone told me my doctor had to call to transfer. When I told her it wasn't a narcotic and that I've transferred prescriptions before, she refused to do the transfer. Called my other Publix Pharmacy and they had no problem transferring it for me. Almost had to go without my medication because of this."
