"Older lady in the pharmacy told me I had to drive an hour everyday on snow and ice to pay for one day’s prescription. I could only have one day at a time due to the other pharmacy having my prescription but being closed for the weather. Come to find out, she just didn’t want to do her job. I went back the next day to get another days worth and the younger guy was able to fill the entire thing under my insurance as an emergency override. Thank God for people like him."

"I’ve never been able to speak to the pharmacy with less than a 30 minute hold time, assuming they do t just hang up on you. They are always “having system issues” as a reason for failing to fill prescriptions, properly bill insurance, or even answer the phone. The pharmacist is always a floater and no one can ever give you an answer on anything."

"I visited this Walgreens to get formula that they had in stock. The cashier was an African American. I watched as she treated all the African American customers before me with a smile, small talk, and respect. When I (a white person) get to the register she did not even acknowledge me as I had her. She started talking to another African American that had walked into the store. She never told me what my total was, never said thank you, etc. if your white, don’t expect any respect at this Walgreens!"

"Horrible service. Whoever the lady working with airpods in on Saturday afternoons is extremely rude and constantly checking her phone. Very flippant. She seems to hate her job. I think there needs to be more hands on deck. There’s only one line that she works and it is extremely slow. There’s a pharmacy doctor working as well but she’s not taking the line for vaccines so that’s great. Get it together, Walgreens!"
