"I knew what I wanted and bought it. The sales clerk and manager were very friendly. As I was completing my purchase the salesclerk took a phone call and didn’t bother to thank me for my purchase. That’s the only reason I didn’t give five stars. I haven’t received my mattress yet so I’ll have to reserve judgment on delivery."

"I had a really good experience. I was shopping for something very specific. Paulette was very patient, she took her time and care to show me what I was looking for. I went to all the other local furniture stores and no one else had the quality and price of what I found at Bob's. She wasn't pushy and she didn't rush me. She stayed near by, but still gave me some space to where I was comfortable with my decision. She didn't try to up sale me, which is why I would definitely shop with her again and send my family. She focused on my need and not a sale. I waited until my delivery to review, and my purchase made it when she said it would. Paulette is really good at what she does!"

"We purchased furniture from the outlet section of Bob's. Our sales person was Frank. He was an amazing young man. Very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, patient and forthcoming. He made suggestions and at no time was he pushy trying to make a sale. He answered our questions truthfully even when we (two Senior citizens) asked several questions several times. He worked for diligently to help us be comfortable with our choices. Explained Bob's policies and sales opportunities to us. We are very happy with our final decision. Even though it took us hours literally to decide. Frank never once showed any impatience or disgust with the lack of final decision on our part . He was the best and we will gladly come back to Bob's and ask for Frank each time He took time to help other customers as we struggled with our own decisions. He was do truthful and kept a smile on his face all day while :"getting his steps in" while continuously helping show us other opportunities in that huge facility. Frank deserves an A-PLUS rating as a fantastic representative and sales person of Bob's furniture store. But I must say ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES we interacted with that day were great. We were new customers and because of Frank we will return. Thank you FRANK. YOU ARE THE BEST ."

"We looked 3 other places prior to Bob’s! Bob’s was the only place that had a nice mattress in our middle ground price range. The gentleman that helped us was polite, professional and knowledgeable. When we found out the next day our bed frame could not use a box spring, we called customer service and they were friendly, knowledgeable and timely in helping us to modify our order. We are very happy so far and will definitely do business with them again! Also Bob’s cafe has some yummy little treats that makes the experience even more enjoyable!"

I only wished his superior Thomas could have exemplified the same because he was rude and very dismissive when I was seeking answers to my concerns of furniture I was seeking to purchase. The purchase only occurred because Patrick intervened and made my purchasing experience better and I was confident with my purchase once he assisted with the concerns I had.
