Reviews
"PSA - If you look at my history then you can see this is my first negative review. After dealing with Cathy, no one in my group of friends or family will do business with her again. I asked if I could purchase my items that were cold and she replied, half drunk it seemed, no because she was not going to sell me the last cold ones that she had because those were the ones she wanted. She offered the drinks warm and told me that I could get them cold myself. I replied "I'm trying to purchase your product, what is wrong?" to which she replied that the customer is not always right and that was an old way of thinking. She's rude and unprofessional. I want to shout out to the great workers of this store, besides Cathy, who always have the utmost professionalism and positive personalities."
"It was great, customer service was on point, so was the atmosphere"
"Always go here. Consistent selection. Great random deals"
"If you buy in store purchases, you're good, but if you order online, then go pick up, beware. The first time I had ordered online from here, it all went smoothly. I showed the employee the confirmation number, looked it up, matched the name on the order with my Id, then got me out of there. This time, it was nothing but a hassle. I walked over there to pickup an hour after I ordered online. No one knew anything about ordering online. After a few calls, I was told I needed the credit card. I walk, so the idea of ordering online is so I don't have to take a credit card with me and chance it falling out of my pocket, plus, the first time I ordered, I didn't need it, just my id. I personally think that if a business isn't going to train their employees on how to handle online orders, then they just need to stick to in store purchases and delete their whole "online order" section. I don't see this as an employee issue, rather management issue. If employees aren't trained on new methods of purchase, they will never know how to handle online orders."
"Clean. 1st thing I look at when I walk into a business. Staff is always helpful. Prices are obviously a little higher than Walmart which is the cheapest place to buy certain alcohol. Closes at 8 pm on Sundays."
