"I thought buying from a non big box store would have been a good experience. I thought buying locally made cabinets in from Jasper Indiana would have been the right idea. It was not. Kemper Cabinets were broken on arrival, cabinets were out of square, multiple warped doors, poor finish and it took at least a week for them to be replaced. To boot they sent the wrong size on one of them which resulted in another week delay. I certainly do not suggest Kemper Cabinets to anyone. Certainly no value in the product for the price they charge."

"Stopped in to schedule an appointment to discuss kitchen design. The first appointment was made about 10 days later. The gal supposed to come called the day of and said she forgot about a wedding she needed to attend and cancelled the 4p appointment. The second appointment a week later, she called and said she was running late but had the rest of her afternoon planned so wouldn’t be able to come at all. Very bad first impression….will go elsewhere for this work."

They took forever getting the counter tops in, never communicated with us, the contractor had to come back out to fix two chips in the stone, then had enough nerve to call several weeks after we paid in full to tell us they quoted us wrong and needed another $500."
