Reviews
"It's definitely a fun and memorable dining experience. Our server, Emma , was so sweet, and she cooked and served the meat to perfection."
"Atmosphere: 5/5 - No complaints. Service: 4/5 - Server was overly enthusiastic/talkative. It was a bit too much over-the-top for my liking. Food: 4/5 - Disclaimer: I went during Chicago Restaurant Week 2024, so my review is not comprehensive. During Restaurant Week, they had a tasting menu for $59 which included a salad and dessert, along with 5 different cuts of meat. They had a special that day, duck breast, which I ordered as well. The duck breast was very good, if available next time I visit, I'd definitely order it again. As for the overall food, it was a decent amount of food, but pricy. The restaurant's concept is to charge by ounce per type of meat. There was Filet Mignon, Short Rib, Dry-Aged, etc. Everything was cooked to preference, Medium Rare. You can opt for salt and pepper, otherwise, you're provided two types of sauces to dip. I wouldn't personally go back to pay full price; however, if someone invited me and they were paying, I'd go back. It was a nice way to try the place without having to pay full price."
"I’m not a big restaurant review poster, but just wanted to say this was one of the more enjoyable Chicago dining experiences in recent memory, be it Chinatown, the West Loop or somewhere in-between. Celebrated my partner’s b-day here. Wide selection of different cuts of steak. Good seafood options, too. Everything perfectly cooked right at the table. High-tech venting so our clothes did not smell like they often do after Korean BBQ! Very comfortable booth seats with intimate lighting. Nice array of different cocktails. Decent wine options. Didn’t try it, but looked like a deep bench of whiskey, too. Props to our server, Leo, who made a few good recs for our meal and provided excellent guidance for how to tackle what turned out to be a very memorable dinner. Looking forward to returning… just as soon as I work off a the calories I took down ?"
"Leo was our server, and he was friendly and very good at cooking the food. The food was delicious and extremely filling. We had the signature set! I definitely recommend the A5 wagyu a try, it is melt in your mouth delicious."
"Nestled in Chinatown by the border of Pilsen, the restaurant is located in a building/mini mall with other shops. The restaurant has a very sleek and modern aesthetic with hints of Asian influence. We were seated in one of their booths which was very room and spaced out well from the other booths. We had our own server cook our assortment of meats and veggies. We decided to do the carnivorous spread which was a great selection of various types of meats including some wagyu. Includes some veggies, sushi, soup and white rice. Everything was incredibly delicious and the service impeccable. Their cocktails were perfectly concocted as well. Overall a 12/10 experience"
