"For a long time I was having inconsistencies with my thumb. None of my bowling balls felt the same. Then I went to the interchangeable its but still facing the same issue. I went to Chris because he understood what my problem was. At first I was hesitant to do more changes; but I love this game. So with the pitch change along with going to jopo's bout suggested by Chirs; I have the feel that I want and most of all I have that same feel in all my bowling balls and it's working wonders for me. His shop is amazing every time I walk in there its like I'm a kid in the candy store."

"Best pro shop operator around Chris has always been there for me and has always helped me out in many ways over the years. Just recently I was having issues with my grip due to changes with my hand and Chris was able to diagnose the problem and fix it instantly. 25 years of bowling this is probably the best the ball has ever felt in my hand Another thing I highly appreciate is him being able to do everything in a timely manner so if you want a professional with over 30 years of experience who will go far and beyond to take care of you this is the place to go"
