You do need to call and schedule a time to go in to meet with someone and go over the products you want to have available. They will setup an online store for you which is such a stress reliever. Any requested changes in relation to the artwork were made very quickly. Finished products were bagged and labeled according to online orders and boxed for easy pickup. BEST and EASIEST I've ever experienced. Products look great! Definitely recommend!"
