"I asked a young lady for help with a size ,but she never looked and never helped. I love this store. So when checking out . There was an older lady who asked if anyone had helped and I told her we asked but no one did. So we would just purchase the 2 items we found and we were leaving. Needless to say the lady sprung into action and apologized and another redheaded young lady assisted as well and agreed that the customer service that we received was unexpectable and they helped and I ended up leaving with a purchase of 5 pairs jeans, 2 pull overs a shirt and cologne . Way to ladies. Because when I come to this store I intend on buying a few items since we live almost to hours away. It's has been my go to store.If it hasn't been for those two ladies that were at the register I would haven't been back ."

"I went there 3 weeks ago with my daughter. There were about 3 other customers. We were there for 15 to minutes. She tried on several items. The employees did not acknowledge our presence one time. I even helped her by seaching for a different size. She decided not to buy anything there because they didn't seem to care enough to ask whether she needed help or not."

"Have always loved this store. But the problem now is. They don't carry much affliction anymore and also jeans and shirts are too high. Would not mind paying that price if the clothes lasted years. But 179 bucks for jeans that wear out in a year isn't right. Maybe if the clothes lasted a good while then would pay that.. and also I purchase $180 jeans often notice later on set the zipper it's completely crooked. It's supposed to be dead center between the front two belt loops and it's off to one side. You pay $200 for a pair of jeans you really don't want to see that or have other people pointed out to you. I'm done with buckle"
