"Loved Dr. Dey and the location is very convenient, but their receptionist was extremely unhelpful and rude. I called for help after receiving a bill stating my insurance did not cover their services without a referral from my PCP. I had told them at this visit that I had recently had to get new insurance, and made sure my new insurance card was on file from when I sent it over the day before (in order to avoid something like this). I questioned the front desk as to why they would not let me know this prior to services so I could have fixed this issue. She got very short with me and insisted it was "my problem" and she "couldn't do anything." Sadly she hung up when I asked for her name. This is super disheartening as I am trying to come up with a solution for a rather large bill I wasn't expecting, and rather than being met with compassion and an eagerness to problem solve, I was met with anger and an unwillingness to help. Due to this, I would recommend you find another place or do a lot of research on your own about your insurance. UPDATE: The billing department was informative and helpful."

"I can't say enough great things about this office. The staff are always friendly and polite. I had my first child with this office and still go to this office for annuals. All of the doctors are professional and make me feel comfortable. The office staff is polite and easy to talk to. The online system makes it easy to get in and out of the office quickly without having to complete a ton of paperwork. They also see patients in a timely manner which I appreciate."

"Lia makes her patient feel at ease. She covers the issues from previous physicals before moving on to current physical. There is a question and answer time without a rush feeling. At the end you feel like all is covered and she welcomes any further contact. Very sweet person."
