"They used to be Friendly, listen, and do their job well, as if you were their own family. Now they don’t return phone calls it’s almost impossible to set appointments. Then we got a text and email saying my daughter had an appointment after the 24 hours prior to the appointment. We tried calling but no answer. So in order to avoid a missed appointment charge she managed to get a few hours off work to go to this appointment. But oh guess what she didn’t have an appointment. ???? We are so done."

"Dr. Carlota and Amy has been my OB-GYN for almost 20 years. He delivered all of my children and several surgeries. His staff are always professional."

"This obgyn should be disbanded and closed. No calls back if ur told they will call u, nasty rooms with dead roachs, 2 hour wait time when u get to the room waiting for the dr, and very unfriendly drs as well no hellos or introduction when entering a room, and if u dont ask about ur tests then they will not check. this is mine and my wifes first baby and these people treat u like a number than a person."

"He is the best doctor! He delivered both my sons! Him & his entire staff are so patient and kind and I honestly wouldn’t have chosen ANY other doctor to deliver my children. Anytime I had a question or concern Dr Carlota was always there to give me the information I needed. He’s also excellent at boy circumcision. I am blessed to have had him as my OBGYN. Thank you!"

"Will pretty much never answer, or return phone calls. When you call you will pretty much always get sent to an overflow line, where you will be told they are "too busy" to answer. They will not hesitate to reschedule something you have had scheduled for months, the morning of due to reasons which the patient could have been notified of sooner. On top of all of this, due to the inability to ever contact them you will struggle to reschedule an appointment, wait months for it, and then you should fully expect a decent probability for it to be cancelled last minute again. The only reason I am not giving this office one star, is that the doctor seems fine once you get to your appointment."
