I learned the hard way after 18 months and 5 pellet insertions. Ended up with a 15cm uterine mass only to be rectified by total hysterectomy. PLEASE do your research. This place did not explain any of the risks. I’m sure I signed a paper that stated something but was rushed through and told the gist of it without actually discussing what this was all about. Educate yourselves and insist on bloodwork BEFORE EVERY insertion."
