So I did, and she hooked me up with some good hand sanitizer at a decent price, and she poured some scent in it for me also. Thank you ."

"Bad business practices. I don't recommend doing business anywhere that you can't get a refund, an exchange or even store credit if you are dissatisfied with a product. Selection is limited. Items are overpriced items, many are unmarked, so it's a mystery until you get to the counter. The staff seems OK but that's not enough to outweigh their policies and pricing. Take time and just drive to Indianapolis or Chicago and stock up."

"I came in here for my wife, the people working here were a little approachable and generally nice, they weren'tout of their way helpful or anything like that. Which is fine, I'm not expecting a five-star retail shopping experience from a small neighborhood Billy supply shop. But they didn't appear to be very knowledgeable about beauty supplies beyond the brands and items that they happen to carry. And when asked some questions and advice they weren't that helpful. But they were friendly enough. The selection wasn't great, but there were a few useful needed items. So I'm giving them three stars, not two. You might find what you need here, or maybe you won't, but it's probably at least worth coming in and checking it out first before going to Sally's."
