"It's unfortunate that the mall shopping experience is not the same as it was 15 plus years ago. I used to get all my favorite t shirts from Spencers but now they don't carry any of my artists merch in the store. Everything is online now so it's almost pointless going to the mall if you're hoping to find the exact item you want. And since when did they become an adult toy store? The back half of this store is x rated and there are no warning signs that I could see. So before I know it I was surrounded by adult toys and DVDs with my 15 year old son asking me what edible panties are?"

"I love when I can share a great review! All the employees were really polite and helpful all 3 times I've come in today and the manager was super great about my size exchange! I don't usually frequent the mall because I've had bad experiences in a couple store fronts (especially journey's!) but I'm thinking I may be frequenting again for Spencer's. My husband, the king of I hate shopping, even had a good time and talked up boarderlands with an employee. I can't stress enough how much he hates shopping, he enjoyed himself and was happy and smiling when we left! This does not happen, no matter what I buy for him! I left him in the store because I didn't bring enough cash in and needed my cards out of my real wallet, I fully expected to come back 10 minutes later to a frustrated ball of anger for a husband. Instead I came back to my husband, excited, wanting to run home for more money to come back and spend! This does not happen. The employees talked to him and sold him another $50 over our mall trip budget in boarderlands merch! I'm not even mad and you've got some pretty good salespeople in there!"
