"Kate was my hairstylist, I LEFT CRYING, I was a blonde, I came in paid her 140.00 to do my hair and she RUINED IT completely then DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, did not want to fix it ! Just totally destroyed my hair, SHE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE THAT I WAS ON MY WAY TO ANOTHER HAIRSTYLIST OR THAT I WAS UNHAPPY WHATSOEVER! This is so UNBELIEVABLE AND IM SO UPSET HOW COULD YOU SAY YOU CAN DO SOMETHING THEN MESS IT UP ENTIRELY AND NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK TO ME !?!? I have to get my hair done TWICE !!!!!!"
