"Don't get coverage with this company for auto insurance. First, my VIN number was put in wrong and has been wrong for the last year. Second, I got a letter telling me that they have decided to cancel my policy because they assumed that I doordash. I frequently go out of town for business and family and usually drive. When I called, they referred me to call the Alfa 1800 customer service number. I do not have a doordash account either. I do hang out with friends that do doordash though and I hold the food. However, they claimed to have a recording of me asking about a late payment and I was in the middle of doordashing with a friend (while she was driving) and somehow I mentioned that I was doordashing and they confused that with me as being the dasher instead. They called and questioned it 3 days later and I thought that they had trust in what I said as they proceeded to brush it off. I sat on the phone over an hour with a representative and gave the correct VIN number. If I'm going to lie about doordash, then why would I be honest about a VIN number? The VIN number is on them as they received paperwork the day that I bought the Supra. If you can't have a stable and trustworthy relationship with your clients, then why even continue this relationship between us? We don't.. so as of December 31st, you just lost a auto insurance client who had a Supra insured with you guys for over a year. You guys are real smart!"

"We were Alfa policy holders for decades, but Ben Franklin's total lack of responsiveness the last two times we asked him to call required a move. Insurance is too competitive not to provide Extraordinary Customer Service. He failed totally. Did not respond to our call regarding an increase in premiums, then despite three attempts failed to contact us regarding a vehicle insured by him that was totaled. We moved to Allstate and received better coverage for less money and truly incredible customer service. Never even received a follow up call from Mr. Franklin when we cancelled all 5 of his policies."
