"I had a very racist experience here from a blonde old lady, wearing lots of makeup, that was training another employee over a $3 bottle of oil that I PURCHASED ONLINE from sally beauty (ship from store to home) and came to this location to return. She pretended as if she couldn’t return the oil because it was bought online. She faked scanned the item pretending that it wasn’t in there system. She was DISGUSTING to the online representative who was trying to walk her through the process. I’ve read serval complaints about her and her racist behavior and clearly the store manager don’t care enough to address the issue. So, I’ll continue to call their headquarters until someone addresses the issue. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS READ THE REVIEWS. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE With this issue."

"I’ve been going to Sally’s for years and have never been treated so disrespectful or disregarded in such a racist manner here! Workers really need to be trained in basic sales and customer service. Nothing was priced correctly and was insinuated that we switched prices!!! So heated and disappointed. Other customers walked in and were tended to immediately and Yesssss we were different colors."

"Racist old blonde lady cashier needs to be fired. Horrible customer service. The short old blonde lady working was extremely rude when asked about the sale. The sign clearly doesn’t exclude the brights color. Clearly management doesn’t care about the customers by the numerous bad reviews regarding the rude old blonde lady. I feel bad for the new employee she was training for having to work with such a horrible rude person. The old blonde lady was saying racist things to a new employee about a customer that was in the store shopping. A lot of people have stopped shopping at this location because of this employee and I will be one of them."
