"I have been going to Lumi for almost two years now, for both coloring and extensions. I put my hair and trust into Kelly's hands, and I am so thankful for her! She reigns in my crazy requests, and produces brilliant results! Before seeing Kelly I would get my hair dyed or roots touched up, and have to go back in just over a month because the growth comes in and the difference is insane - that doesn't happen with Kelly. She perfectly color matches my hair, and all I have to do is use the products she suggests and stay on top of maintenance! While it used to always feel out of reach, Healthy, beautiful hair is a thing now!! So glad I found Lumi!!"

"Worst experience at any salon yet. Horrible customer service and Scherervilles management is a joke. Had went in for a highlight with Brooke, to leave way overtoned which she did intentionally trying to fix the bleed marks from her foils that I’d see once I got home. My hair was pretty much totally grey and not blended at all it looks horrible. Called in and spoke with Whitney I believe was managers name and she had also saw how screwed up it was while cashing me out and basically elbowing Brooke to offer me another appt per their script. Her solution was to come in and pull color out but ONLY if I allowed Brooke to do it would I not be charged. Manager called owner to tell her I was “displeased” but when asked if she explained that both the stylist and manager knew how botched my hair was and sent me on her way and that it was due to Brookes screw up she said no that she just told her simply unhappy with the service. Requesting to speak to the owner she said okay but idk when you’ll hear from her. Weeks later and still haven’t. Absolutely do not trust them with coloring service. I absolutely wouldn’t trust her to color correct."
