"I went for a cut about a week ago and the place is so nice, I’ve been to it before and didn’t have an issue because I got my haircut last time by a woman named Nicole because she knows how to cut curly hair. I called ahead and asked if there was anyone available that knew how to properly cut curly hair and the woman I spoke with responded, “Well everyone here is taught how to cut curly hair. There’s one girl named Bailey that’s available if you want it cut today, though.” I just said alright, I’ll give it a go, and went. WELL... the woman who cut my hair was very nice, but after she washed it, cut it, and dried it, she cut way too much off than I originally asked and my layers I had mentioned to her to keep before were kind of ruined. She definitely sounded like she knew what she was talking about though, which is why I was so surprised and a little disappointed. This place isn’t bad at all, but I’ve had to work for the hair I had and it’s gone now, and I trusted them with it when I had only been there once with someone else. Hair grows back, but it still doesn’t make it too much better. I would say to definitely just get your hair cut by Nicole or elsewhere if you have curly hair, especially if you’re REALLY picky about it."
