"Excellent service all the agents were friendly and courteous and always answered my questions I was so happy with them I put all my insurance with them Auto home and they save me a lot of money on my insurance I would recommend this company to anyone"
"My insurance was canceled for no reason. An Adjuster came out and made the inspection sent me two checks and then called me back and said I did not have that kind of coverage and requested to send the checks back and I didn't know that if they made the mistake I didn't have to send the checks back I didn't want to get in trouble so sent them back. The Manager tried to correct their mistake and cancelled my policy then tried to re-instate and this is when I was told that my policy was cancelled. I had been with Alfa for many years but when a new manager was brought in an clearly he did not know what he was doing and cancelled my policy.So be mindful. This was so disappointing to me because I had to find another insurance company like immediately. This is my experience."
