"I go in they were busy. A lady took my information and prescription, measured my eyes. She didn’t have the first idea on how to use the matching or read my prescription. When I got my glasses I could only see out of one eye at a time, four visits later I still can’t see without a headache. I give up. Won’t go back."

"Was stuck here for 4hrs! Was told to browse glasses after specifically saying I was only interested in getting contacts. They kept saying"Y ourinsurance would pay for them!". I was like I know but I don't want them. So I was left to "browse" for over an hour. No one approached me and everything was locked. The staff was very rude. I refuse to go back. I also called beforehand about the prices and how much I would pay out of pocket, of course, I get there and had to pay "fees" I wasn't told about prior to the appointment. I DO NOT recommend this place!"
