"One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of communication between corporate office and the local branch is nonexistent. Sadly, they’re both in Columbus. We were promised an order that never arrived and now we’ve been told it’s back ordered until December 26. It was to be delivered Oct. This is the only means of supplement. What happens to those individuals who don’t have the means!"

"I absolutely 100 percent agree with Wes. This business(and I use the word loosely) is unprofessional, stoic, slow and are possibly not aware that they are suppose to be providing a service!! They haven't been providing a service for me. It's been more like a disservice with an ample scoop of they don't give a _ _ _ _. Go to Baptist Medical and get the service you need and deserve. With any luck this sorry place will go out of business soon. Hopefully real soon!"
