"Front staff is very friendly. Seems like the work load is too much for the doctors or they selectively spend time with patients based on insurance/money status. Feels like a place that cares about money and pushing as many patients through as possible. I check in about 1/2 hour early and I wait in the front lobby for almost 2 hours every time I go (about 5 visits in 2023). People come in after me to see the same doctor and get right in. My appointment is spent 2 minutes with doctor and then going out to the hallway to ask questions because he’s in a rush. I was to have a major procedure in December and had questions. I called and left messages for two weeks. I finally asked if they could reschedule and they said I should hear from them by end of the day. They didn’t call until the day of the procedure. My last appointment I had to cancel after waiting for two hours. Seems like they do too much for little service. They do ultra sounds every appointment, pregnant or not and don’t explain why they need to do them so often."

"Dr. Lacy, Dr. Lacy!! Heaven sent! You know they’re doing an amazing job when you’re SAD that you won’t be seeing them as much anymore. She was the best and everyone deserves to experience a sweet soul like her. I never want to see anyone else. We’re family now. I would do it all over again. Great doctor! And the P&S staff was GREAT AS WELL! Everybody was nice and I enjoyed each visit! I would recommend this office to anyone!"

"Dr. Lacy is AMAZING! She was there for me every step of the way while my husband was being deployed, during the pregnancy, and during the deployment. She worked with us and did her very best to give me the birth experience that I wanted. Although it didn’t go as planned, she really did her best. She listened to every concern I had. I even had some complications, postpartum, that had nothing to do with her field, but she worked until she found the diagnosis. Then she referred me to someone that could help me further. I will never see another OBGYN. She is so faithful and compassionate. You won’t find a better doctor. That is a promise."
