"This business has poor access for truckers , have complained for years to the main Head quarters and manager at burr street. But they do nothing to address the issue. They have truckers many many trucker's missing the entrance to their business because trucker's GPS takes them to corner of burr street and 25th ave where business is located. But entrance for truckers is on totally different street and area. The trucker's that miss the entrance which is all day long have to go into residential neighborhood to get turned around and in doing so destroy streets, mail boxes, yards getting stuck in mud and ditch's etc getting turned around with their long heavy units. Pilot does nothing to address and remedy the problem. Would be easy fix because where entrance should be they have dozens of bob tail trucks parked there all day long every day must be renting the spaces to the truckers to park there. This pilot does not welcome the visiting trucker's for easy entrance. Avoid this place if possible."

"Terrible customer service! Yelling at the other employees in front of the customers, rolling eyes, & looking like they don’t want to be there. Will never come back to this Pilot."

"Shower room had not been cleaned. There was pee all over the toilet. They just added clean towels. I requested a new shower room and the guy let me into a new shower room and didn't let the front desk know. Which it wouldn't have been a problem but someone tried to use a code to come in. Sadly that room hadn't been cleaned either. There was someone else's pubic hairs on the toilet. So much for a nice clean shower experience. Staff was beyond rude."
