"Chad called and left me a voicemail informing me that my oil change and 75,000 mile inspection was complete but needed to add an air filter and which needed my approval. So when I returned his call, I have gave my approval for the air filter. When my dad went to pick up my truck. Chad informed me about the new service program that they offer starting this year January 2024. Great customer service. I love this shop and the staff is awesome. I will be back with my family. "I Literally Can’t Thank the whole team here enough. They got me into the shop as I was a non appointment customer. I was from out of state and in a tight spot trying to make it back home to Ohio. I run a small Hotshot Trucking business and things are hard at the moment for anyone in the industry. They took all of that into consideration and we’re very understanding. Long story short after a few hrs of digging and diagnostics found I had a flooded turbo actuator that forced my truck into limp mode with the exhaust brake stuck fully engaged. They found the issue and didn’t give up on me as they closed at 5:00 but still took the time and stayed over to help me get back on the road. Literally every Tec There had a hand in the repairs that got me home to my family. They all sacrificed their time and stayed over quite a bit to ensure I was taken care of. I can’t say enough on the hard work from these guys every one of them has unmatched skills in their areas of expertise. I will absolutely be back for any of my services needs when I’m in this area as I pass through very often. Hats off to this shop and everyone working for there genuine care for customers and the skills they all have mastered."
