"Drove in with a tire with something in it. The man said he couldn't repair it. I told him I did not have money to purchase a tire. I asked how much to put on my spare. He said $5. He took my bad tire off showed me the item and said the tire could not be repaired. I said okay put on the spare. Without looking under the car at the spare, he said he couldn't because it is frozen. I told him the car had been in the garage during the storms and it had been over 40 degrees for two days. He still refused. I asked him am I to do? He said put the tire with the hole in it and go home. That's what I did. Not very happy. I will never go there again no matter how desperate."
"Purchased 2 tires, excellent price and service! The next morning I had a flat!! Gabrielle went above and beyond to get my tire repaired. It wasn't anything they did, I had ran over a nail on the way home...that's my luck!! Extremely pleased, 10 stars. Highly recommended."
