"Just sat down to address and send card . Much to my disgust after signing the card I realized my special wrapped card did not include an envelope and suggested it be put in a padded envelope. What a joke sell me a card assuming I have a proper envelope to mail it on hand. It appears they just 7stick anyold card with no envelope on the rack, and their motto is "tough luck". I'm done with Hallmark nothing special about send their cards."

"The lady who works there is so so rude. First time I went in she was impatient. Then I called today to ask about a product and it was the same lady. She huffed that she "was busy and couldn't go look and she was the only one there." Just a quick two cents: it doesn't matter how busy you are or what you're doing, you do not make excuses to the customer and make THEM sound like the inconvenience. I used to love to shop for squishmallows here but I'll find another store with better customer service."

"Terrible service. Rude staff. I ordered something from hallmark ship to store for free and they gave me a call to pick it up. I came two days later to do so and they freaking gave it away to someone else! And were reluctant to look into their mistake. They “reordered” the item for ship to home. Then it was out of stock and no one bothered to notify me the order had been cancelled nor refund me. I had to do all the legwork. Ridiculous. No wonder so many hallmark gold crown stores have gone out of business."
