"I have been using this facility for many years and everyone there has helped me immensely. I just want to add that everyone there has been very professional. Over the years, I’ve had a few different people help me. At this time, I’m proud to say that Ms. Tina Baker is my councilor and Ms. Wanda Whiddon is the person I see for my meds. I so enjoy talking with them both - they always know what to say and do to help me through my rough spots. The nurse and receptionists are so very kind. They treat me with every consideration and are extremely proficient at what they do. I wish everyone that had mental health issues could see these folks. My life is so much easier with their help."

"There’s some good, some bad, but overall? HORRIBLE. Let’s start with the office staff. Those ladies for the psychiatrist office are funny! Too bad they never pick up the phone, and when they do, it’s obvious they don’t have a clue what they’re doing. The nurses rotate so frequently due to the horrible management, that they don’t have a clue either. I’ve had to go weeks without medications because of the ineptitude. Now let’s go to the team I’ve seen for my TMS treatment and general psychiatry. I saw Dr. Sean Sinclair and Betty Sisouthingham. Betty is an absolute delight! She knows what she’s doing, has excellent attention to detail, and genuinely cares about people and her career. Dr. Sinclair on the other hand, will act like he is trying his little heart out, but at the end of the day will try and hospitalize you instead of putting forth real effort. That’s a no go for me, doc. If you care about your safety, mental health, or anything of the sort— DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. They do not care about you (except Betty). I’ve seen these people for years and after so many horrible experiences, am over them. Do not make the same mistake as me; seek treatment elsewhere."

"This is the worst practice I've ever been to. I've tried to get medications refilled for two weeks now and I've yet to receive a return call. However, I have been able to experience waiting on hold listening to atrocious, speaker-peaking elevator music for 15 minute time frames, only to have the operator either hang up or tell me that they'll have someone call me back. Spoiler alert - they don't. Thankfully I'm not suffering from severe depression, because, although they hold themselves out as a mental health facility, in reality, this practice seems to operate as a crash course on how to make people rage quit the game of life. April: Why is it that you can respond to a public facing comment within hours, but I STILL can't get my prescription filled after attempting to make an appointment for almost three weeks?"

"Kim Dyson is your hero this 5 stars is for her only. The rest is one star . Have private psychiatrist now. Thank God. My son said omg . The med part is the worst. Thanks Kim you are awesome. Maybe you should hire the staff . You have the caring knowledge it takes ."

"If their job was to help people get closer to the edge then they are doing a fantastic job of it. I waited on hold with them for 45 minutes before being sent to voicemail where I was met with a full mail box notification. When I do get someone on the phone they are less than pleased with the fact they have to do their jobs and their tone is very thick with the idea. Im on month three of withdrawals from a medication I can’t seem to get fixed because no one will call me back about it and I can’t get an appointment scheduled either. I love my doctor but the staff has no idea what they are doing and need serious training on how to answer a phone. Sadly my insurance is only accepted by this place so I guess I’ll just raw dog this mental health thing that has me on 3 different meds a day and hope withdrawals don’t ruin my life as I know it."
