"The owner of this property needs to hold a meeting with the residents and find out what is going on on the property grounds and what’s being allowed by the property management. Weed smoking in the units and it’s a smoke free property, kids running wild unattended, graffiti on the brick walls of the apartments, the walkways and stairs are disgusting with wasted stick substance. To name a few."
