"I moved in almost a year ago and Morgan and the staff have been amazing. She’s the best apartment manager I’ve ever dealt with. Also the maintenance team is great and will come immediately if there is any problem that needs addressing ASAP. Love living here and love the location. The apartments are so cute and couldn’t be happier."

"I agree with the reviews that this place has gone down over the years. I’ve been here over 5 years and I would say the first few years I lived here I absolutely loved it! The staff was on point, maintenance was great and it was an overall wonderful place to live. You could tell that this place was really cared about as the community stayed beautiful, and the staff was always so thoughtful. We would have wine down Wednesdays where the office would provide pizza and wine that evening and I even remember one year for the iron bowl the office staff stood outside that morning with Alabama or auburn doughnuts for us to choose from! It was a wonderful surprise. Now it just doesn’t have that feel at all. I will say the ppl in the office seem to be very caring and sweet, and I appreciate what they ARE doing to “keep this place up” but to say that this place hasn’t gone down would be a lie. The gym/ equipment is dated, Some of the tenants are nasty which lead to a dirty neighborhood, the pool is never open and dirty and it’s just not the same. I used to love living here and felt like it was one of prattvilles best places to live… Now it’s just somewhere to lay my head at night, and constantly praying that I can actually get some sleep without people living above me being tooo loud."

They will go out of their way to be sure your stay there is the absolute best and they make sure to provide a safe, clean and family friendly apartment complex. Such wonderful staff and wonderful apartments."

"The property is very clean and maintenance is by far an example of how to take care of problems. Hillary that works the front office and is awesome to work with. She balances this property and Havenly park villas. For the work load she is always able to work any issues. The pool is a great feature and for this place allowing dogs the grass is always kept nice and the dog bags are always replenished in a timely manner. The updated apartments give a modern feel. I feel very safe in the area and the front office has taken good care of making sure unreasonable tenants comply with quiet hours."
