Grandview Pointe at Millbrook

"It’s an okay place to live. Ongoing AC/heating issues have changed my opinion about these apartments. Really disappointed and hate that I have to pay for inflated power bills because we have to use electric heat vs a conventional pump. Why should I have to pay for other peoples mistakes. It’s crazy. Also there’s way too many wasps on the property, I cant even go out on my patio because there’s so many out there, what’s the point of it being fenced off.i could see a wasp or two but no it’s like 10-20 wasps out there at time that is ridiculous!"

"I have lived at Grandview point for 5 years now. I've seen it go through several management and ownership changes. Things are on the up now with the new Property Manager Kiara at the healm. It's going to take her time to clean up from the previous Managers that didn't have her drive. The team she has in place now, and the direction she is taking the complex, is on point."

"I just moved here a month ago ever since I have moved into this complex my A/C has gone out 3 times. They come to fix it and the same thing happens again with in 5 days. WALTER in the rent office is very rude and make me feel as if my issue isn’t urgent or it doesn’t matter. It is 93 degrees outside and inside of my apartment it is 80 degrees I literally have to sit in my car just to cool off. I have been without AC since Saturday it is Monday. I should not have to deal with this in a place where I am paying rent ! No one has came to fix my AC yet ! This is ridiculous!"

"I have been a resident at Grandview for 4 years. This is a great place to live. The office staff is very nice and any maintenance you need is done quickly. The grounds are always clean. Sometimes they have functions for the residents ( and they are for the kids too). All in all a great fun place to live."
