"Everything is nice except for the fact that pest control doesn’t cover rodents. I’ve caught 3 rats at this point in the apartment. This is inhumane and landlords are supposed to take this seriously because they can be sued. I don’t think they will help unless the law is involved. I’ve spoken with other tenants with rat/mouse issues as well."

"Rented my first Apartment with Millbrook Pointe. It was very nice for the price, managers and maintenance were friendly and helpful. Living space was adequate,kitchen is kind of small but it's cute, the bedrooms are decent size. All in all I was satisfied."

"They are Increasing rent after rat infestation. Rats are inside the apartment and outside. Other renters/tenants have the same issue. Maintenance is cool but they obviously need more people because they are never available. I would stay away from here unless you have to stay here to eventually MOVE."

"DO NOT base your opinion off of old reviews!! I moved here from out of state in Jan. 2020 and absolutely love it. Our apartment was very clean, we had new appliances in the kitchen, and the apartment had been recently updated inside. The staff goes above and beyond to help the residents, and maintenance answers reported problems right away! Knowing we moved from out of state, the manager and other staff made us feel very welcome and talked to us about the area and fun things to do, and still check up on us when we run into them! Truly wonderful people here!! Our neighbors are very nice, clean, and are not bothersome. It is also pet friendly and has a lot of grounds to walk your dogs, which is awesome! I have made friends from work who told me about what the complex was like when it was called Devonshire, but I can assure you it is nothing like its old reputation. This complex is very safe, family friendly, and clean! The new management has turned this into a wonderful place to call home! After reading this review if you are unsure of the place still, like we had been from seeing mixed reviews, come visit the staff and give them a chance to show you around! We truly love living here, and are glad we took the time to see it in person! (:"
